BJ Cooling & Heating (Pty) Ltd has been in the Air-conditioning and Refrigeration sector since 2001.

Our activities consist of all areas in the HVAC & R disciplines, including
• Sales
• Installations
• Preventative Cyclical Maintenance
• Breakdown Maintenance and Repairs
• Project Management

We are committed to the principle of Broad Based Black Economic Employment and are continuously striving to improve our status.
Our B-BBEE scorecard has been verified as a Level 6 Contributor.
As a QSE ( Qualifying Small Enterprise) we comply with the following elements:

Employment Equity

Skills Development - Presently we have technicians attending training at ACRA (Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Academy) and
are part of the learnership programme. All technical courses are approved by MERSETA.
We are also accredited for apprentice training.

Socio-economic Development - we contribute towards a black education institution. The school, Sekolo sa Borokgo, is in
Johannesburg and is a bridging school preparing students for university.

MANAGEMENT

The directors have in excess of 40 years combined experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.

John JM O'Donoghue has 34 years in Senior Management in Marketing and Logistics in the industry.

Brendan J O'Donoghue is qualified in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration and has been in this discipline for 14 years.
