MAINTENANCE

We offer the following services:

• Cyclical Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PM).
• Preventative and Breakdown Maintenance Contract (PMBD).
   (Labour only and /or Comprehensive including parts.)
• Minor Maintenance (Out of Scope/Call out).
• Management Contracts

All work is controlled by Service Co-ordinators in our Asset Care Service Centre.
Universal parts are kept in stock on our premises and in the service vehicles.

Why Preventative Maintenance?

Air-conditioners and commercial refrigeration equipment are assets, and like any asset (such as your motor vehicle) it has to be
maintained to
• extend the life of the equipment,
• reduce the incidence of breakdowns,
• reduce the incidence of nuisance calls,
• continue efficient performance of the equipment to the benefit of your customers (if a shop) or your personnel (if an office
   environment) or in your home.

An air-conditioning and or refrigeration maintenance contract is also a type of insurance. It will give you peace of mind and take the
frustration out of looking for a contractor last minute.

Continued contact with the service provider will ensure that you are advised of any deterioration of the equipment and if upgrading is
required. E.g. if an air-conditioner is seemingly not performing, there is probably additional heat load being produced in the room
which was not accounted for when the original installation was done ( more people, equipment etc).

What does it cost to maintain?

There are different types of costs that can be structured from ad hoc services charges to all inclusive maintenance and parts contracts.

From as little as R 2,00 per day we will service your air-conditioner or commercial refrigeration equipment 4 times a year.

Compare the cost of maintaining your assets to other expenses in your business
